Our company has many years of development and customization experience in high-speed radio frequency multi-layer and mixed pressure technology, such as: Rogers plus FR4 mixed pressure, 4-8 layers of Rogers, LCP large-size multi-layer, hydrocarbon plus FR4 mixed pressure, etc., the board thickness is the most The thickness can be 0.2MM, the line width and line spacing are 3\/3mil, and the surface treatment is mainly immersion gold. Some 5.8G products will also use lead-free HASL process, which depends on the product use and functional requirements.
