Now is the era of big data application in the Internet of Things. Most office buildings and offices will choose to use fingerprint lock or password lock. After entering your fingerprints in advance, you only need your mobile phone or your finger to get in and out. Management personnel of the company can also check the situation of people entering and leaving in real time through the background or APP.
Due to the high humidity in the south, and in order to achieve the effect of timeliness and aesthetics when decorating office buildings, most offices will use glass to separate each area. Since wires cannot be installed on the glass door, and for the sake of appearance, most of them use wireless power supply.
At present, most PCBA boards of fingerprint locks are powered by non-rechargeable batteries. Such as aluminum batteries or multiple AA alkaline batteries for power supply. Motor-driven lock cylinder, real-time networking and other functions consume a lot of energy. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the door lock issues a low battery prompt. Once the prompt is issued, the AA alkaline battery needs to be replaced immediately.
However, there are disadvantages to using alkaline batteries for power supply. First, failure to replace the battery on time after a low battery alert will prevent normal door access. Second, the cost of using alkaline batteries is relatively high. The battery can be used for about 400 hours once replaced, and the battery needs to be replaced about 22-30 times a year. Third, discarded alkaline batteries have a greater impact on the environment. Based on this situation, we will change the fingerprint lock to wired power supply.
When we find an unnecessary mobile phone charger or OUT/DC5V1A charger, we can no longer need to use the battery. Paste a piece of frosted paper or a company LOGO sticker near the glass door lock (in order to achieve a certain invisible effect), install two thin power lines at the back, and connect it directly to the 5V supply of the lock control board to use.
