For follow-up products, it is not only the actual inspection of product performance, but also the quality inspection of engineering process. So there are some steps to detect the first PCBA

1. Confirmation of the first PCBA

Use 1PCS, PCB board with professional double-sided adhesive paste, and then install the components that need to be patched through the machine, and test with testing equipment at the same time. It needs to be compared with the BOM and patch map at the same time and needs to be confirmed first. Manufacturing process requirements, such as what tin lamb is used. Whether the components have temperature requirements when passing the furnace, etc.,,,

2. Use 1PCS to load the tin lamb, and then mount the components through the machine and equipment, and then place the board flat on the mesh conveyor belt or chain guide rail. The surface assembly board enters the reflow soldering equipment along with the conveyor chain, and passes through the following temperature Zone, heating zone, heat preservation zone, high temperature welding zone, reflow zone and cooling zone, complete the furnace. At the exit, the boards need to be recovered manually or by an automatic board-rewinding machine in time, and the boards cannot be stacked together, causing the PCBA components to be damaged.
